Good control
“Its pretty simple, pretty obvious: that people’s first impressions of people are really a big mistakes” as Vincent O’ Onofrio said. Yes, I agree with him because mostly first impression are not true they are as big mistakes. Like in the school as Harry Wong’s said “Your success during the school year will be determined by what you do on the first day of school.” In the future, I will apply what Harry Wong shared beacuse he is a good speaker, and what he shared is needed and effective in a classroom. Nowadays, to get the attention of the student, you as a teacher should engage them in learning; they want exploring and at the same time they were enjoying. To be an effective teacher in the future we should establishes good control to the class in the very first day or first week of school.
